Clove Mouth Wash.

Toothache and gingivitis

Composition:
Each bottle (240 ml) contains clove extract 2% and pepperment oil 0.1%.

Pharmacological actions:
The active component of clove is eugenol as essential oil. Eugenol possess antibacterial (against Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus mutans, Pseudomonus, E.coli, Candida albicans), antiviral and antifungal properties. It has also anti-inflammatory properties and can relieve the pain (eg. toothache) by its anaesthetic action to sensory receptor.

Indications:
For prevention and treatment of toothache,gingivitis and bad breath.

Caution:
Not to be swallowed.

Dosage:
Gargle up to one minute four times daily after meal. Use without dilution.

Preparation:
240 ml in one bottle.
